This year our faculty will discuss the pertinent topics of the day. Specifically, lessons learned regarding ultrasound evaluation of fetuses and mothers in era of Covid-19 will be discussed. Congenital heart disease remains a challenge for screening so talks will be given on optimizing the ultrasound exam of the fetal heart, assessing the 4-chamber view and outflow tracts, including the 3-vessel view, and unknown cases of congenital heart disease will test the audience skills. Placenta accreta spectrum continues to be on the rise so information regarding diagnosis (both in first and second trimesters) and treatment will be given. Congenital anomalies of the spine and brain will be presented. Identification of Borderline OB anomalies will assist in your clinical practice. Gynecology ultrasound will cover causes of acute and chronic pelvic pain, treatment for pelvic congestion syndrome, and clues to diagnosis of ovarian torsion. These skills will assist in your evaluation of ER patients. Cysts in vagina and cervix will be discussed; management implications will also be given. An update on how to perfect the evaluation of uterus and endometrium will be given.
