Course Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Develop differential diagnosis accuracy for fetal anomalies involving the fetal face, brain, chest, abdomen, genitourinary system and extremities

  • Develop strategies for fetal cardiac evaluation in the late first trimester and at the time of anatomy scan with emphasis on improved detection of congenital heart disease

  • Improve ultrasound skills for gynecological evaluation of adnexal masses and uterine disorders, including uterine disorders in pregnancy

  • Incorporate state-of-the-art practices in prenatal genetic screening and testing

  • Improve skills in assessment of early pregnancy viability and diagnosis of abnormal implantation including ectopic and interstitial pregnancies as well as cesarean scar implantation and accreta

  • Identify fetuses that would benefit from in utero treatment and procedures, particularly monochorionic twins and fetuses with spina bifida

Course Materials and CME Certificate

You will receive a digital syllabus containing lecture abstracts and slides accompanied by a notebook with lecture objectives and notes pages. A few days prior to the course date, you will receive an email with the link to the lecture slides, should you wish to download and/or print these in advance of the course. Your course evaluation and CME certificate will be sent to the email you provided when registering.

Meals

An expanded continental breakfast, as well as break refreshments will also be provided daily in the exhibit area.

Diagnostic ultrasound equipment and medical book vendors are scheduled to be on site.

Group Registration Discount

Two or more registrations qualify for a group discount. Call our office to receive$50 off each registrant’s fee. The registrations must be made at the same time, and this discount is not retroactive.

Refunds

In case you find that you need to cancel, we will be happy to refund your registration less a nominal $45 processing fee. We will honor cancellations received through August 24, 2021. We’re sorry but we can not provide refunds after that date.
